1) Physical Products
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may contact David Cavanagh Support Desk at http://www.davidcavanaghsupport.com within 30 days from your purchase date and we will provide a full refund of your purchase as long as the physical products are in a saleable condition..
2) Online Coaching Courses and Membership Site Courses:
All David Cavanagh coaching and mentoring courses are sold “as is”. All students, clients or purchasers assume the responsibility for their own purchase or investment, and no refunds will be issued because of being given either live coaching or pre-recorded coaching in a Membership Site where you have been shown the content prior to your purchase or investment.
It is a student (ie. purchaser) responsibility to sign up for coaching webinars, membership sites and calls as outlined in all emails, It is a students responsibility to register for webinars in advance, and to book coaching and mentoring calls in advance via David Cavanagh's online booking system (sent to all students in emails and outlined on all webinars). Failure to participate or abide by these instructions and/or not implementing what has been asked or instructed does not result in a refund under any circumstances.
The only time a refund will be given is if David Cavanagh or his team do not supply or rectify everything as outlined on their webinar presentations (or stage presentations) within 7 days of being notified by the said student of the said concern or challenge. All refund or support issues must go through the David Cavanagh Support Desk at http://www.davidcavanaghsupport.com as outlined on all emails and on webinar trainings (and inside all of David Cavanagh's websites and membership sites).
